Christina’s interest in real estate started years ago when she was a cost estimator for a construction company. In 2004, she became a Licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson and is currently affiliated with a real estate brokerage firm in Rockland County. Her interest in the field led her into studying the art of real estate appraising; to date, she has completed all the residential and commercial coursework and obtained
her New York State Real Estate Appraisal Assistant License in 2005. In 2010 she earned a Master’s Degree in Science from Long Island University. In 2015 she became a Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Sales Associate and is currently affiliated with Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty firm in Bergen County. During the pandemic, she became licensed in Connecticut Real Estate Broker and is currently affiliated with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty firm in Stamford Connecticut.

In 2010 she has taken her challenges to tax assessment grievances in Westchester and Rockland Counties. Her professional affiliations include membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors OneKey- (HGAR), the New York State Multiple Listing Service (NYSMLS), Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS), RealSource
Association of Realtors (NJ) and Long Island  Board of Realtors (LIBOR)-(NY), Greater Fairfield Board of Realtors (CT)

Designations earned include Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Graduate Realtor Institute, (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Instructor Training Institute (ITI), NAR’s Green Designation, Short Sales, Foreclosure Resource (SFR)

In addition, she is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Instructor, and an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at Westchester Community College. Originally from Yonkers until 1996 when she and her family moved to Rockland County where they currently live.
